Is there a smaller belt i can use that just misses out the power steering and just goes to the bottom pully thanks

not std there isnt , why dont you remove pump,strip roller/vanes out ,put back togther with some cv grease no more than half full and bung outlets up

you could measure it and then go to auto factors and see what they have, im puzzled though why remove power steering?

I dont got power steering in my series 2
