My 2001 Disco has succombed to ACE pipe faliure. The pipe from the valve block to the rear acctuator has split at the rubber end part and on closer inspection all the pipes look very corroded and in bad order. I need to be able to use the vehicle for work this week and want to pose this question. I'm probaly going to remove the ACE completely to avoid the costly repair bills but for the moment is it possible to link out the rear suspension componants by linking a short length of pipe out of the one hole at the rear of the valve block and back into the other one? This would still allow the fluid to circulate around the pump and therefore it wouldn't sieze?
Any advice please, and if anyone has removed thier ACE system can you let me know how you got on. TA
