And he was probably working in the same office as the idiot who thought it might be dangerous if the car jumped into gear or if a child in the car accidently engaged gear while the engine was running. Fooking idiots ya get em everywhere!!

Just to clarify matters it isn't illegal to leave your engine running if the vehicle is on private property. But it is if parked on a public highway Driver fined for leaving engine running as car defrosted outside his home | Mail Online as that chap found out.
