Just a quick question, i am replacing the o rings and copper washers on my td5 and just about to reinstall them but copper washers keep dropping off injector into bottom of housing when tring to fit injector back into head, is it ok to put a smear of copper grease on washer to hold it in place or not! Or how else do you stop it dropping off??

are they genuine? cos usually they are tight enough to not fall, aftermarket bits are not recommended in this area cos even if you fit them well they might not do the job

don't forget to anneal the copper washers . they will last longer
