looks lovely Phil!! Would you not mount the fuel tank prior to the tubs? fuel lines and brake lines? I know zero re series mind!

fit with loose bolts etc tub, bulkhead ,roof sides ,doors and align to get doors to fit best you can then secure all bolts etc then fit wings etc

Mine is a 110, but once the chassis is complete, I intend to build from back to front. Tub, side sills, and bulkhead. Then set door gaps, side windows on tub, windscreen and roof. Then front wings and lights. If I get the far with no issues, interior floors, seats, dash, and drive away. Hopefully....

Cheers James. I will leave the door gaps until the end. Anything else I should change the order of?
getting the door gaps correct is the major task angle and position of bulk head, roof and sides etc, theres good bit of movement in all except the rear tub

That’s the main reason I wanted to start at the back. I’m certain that with enough messing around and changing shims/angles, that I can work it out.

you can, both it and floor plates are fairly forgiving that and sills are usually the last bits i fit

Hopefully I won’t run into any problems, but I’m rebuilding onto a new galv Marsland chassis, with multiple rebuilt bits. I know it will be an experience, but if I get stuck, I will shout up. Cheers for the heads up with the roof and door gaps.
