Whats the best (and value) work lamp around for the rear? Not a torch either! Something I can use a switch in the cab for?
Cheers.

probs a wipac spot light, (make sure you get a halogen bulb one whatever you get cos the brightness is insane)

Got one at Sodbury Sortout - £3, Not fitted it yet because there is no point until i put it on the chassis but connecting it up to a battery in the shed and it is fooking bright.. Dunno who made it though

Wipacs are the cheapest and fairly well made. worth taking apart and running a bead of silicone between adjoining plastic "cups" to ensure a good seal and no water getting in. Which is pretty common on cheap lights.

If your down south, get yourself to Trago Mills. I seen em cheap as there. Failing that, maybe someone in Kernow could buy you one and mail it. failing that, Devon 4x4 have a big stock of them. Picked mine up from billing show last year for £8.50, they have lots. most wipacs i have seen are 55w halogen ones. go for a flood over a spot, obviously.

Ring lamps are dead cheap too. i ended up fitting one of them illuminated switches as i kept driving about with the work lamp on!! now i've got a big glowing red switch to remind me to turn the bastard off!!
