Once again thanks NodgeYou'll need drop links and shocks. Advanced Factors will supply both in OE quality at a very reasonable price. I got my OE shock from them, which was about £120 for the pair.
The nearside took me about 2 hours to change, but that included removing the boot trims, and marking the strut top mounts for correct refitting.
The offside took about 1½ hours, which included refitting the the boot trim panels.
The hardest part is getting the strut out the hub carrier, which takes lots of hitting with a copper hammer, but the rest of the operation is easy to do.
What shocks are those?View attachment 271949 Arrived today rear shocks drop links and flexi brake pipes and fluid
Cool.Meyle shocks and drop links from AF
The trick with the clamp is to spread the slot open with a sort stout chisel hammered into the slot.Today removed all trim for access to top nuts
Jet washed both sides wd40 all fixings
Used a dremmel on lower strut to remove rush then sprayed deep creep on all fixings
Hope tomorrow leads to a easy job fingers crossed
