P38 ....the rear wash doesn't seem to deliver water. The pump sounds as if its working, I have poked the jet with a paperclip but no joy. No evidence of water anywhere!

Any advice kindly received as in this weather its getting very mucky back there and only using the wiper just smears it:doh:

You could try disconnecting pump from the tubing and trying it, then the jet from the tube and try again, this would isolate which bit is actually at fault. An old Mondeo I had had probs with rear washer, turned out to be tubing running along inside of headlining and rear driverside passenger got a shower anytime I tried it

There is a non return valve in the line that could be faulty.

On mine it was the actual washer jet full of crap, have to remove it an blow it out with an airline.
