any one able to help with this one.

the rear drivers side lock when i use the remote to unlock the car fully this door stays locked you can feel/hear the lock mototr doing something but its not unlocking the car...

the only way to open it is use the handle inside the car.

any ideas

If you press the unlock button an extra few times will it open - sometimes they get lazy.

If not and lubricating it from within the door does not help then a new latch will be needed
