I'm assuming it's a Freelander 1?
A continuous tone from the PDC suggests a sensor is seeing something, or a ghost signal.

The relays are for the rear window IIRC.

When I do checking on my Freelander 1.
Ignition on no engine on then stick in reverse gear.
If a alarm sensor buzzing I am to near a wall or gate post or someone passing by if not I walk pass each one to test okay.

Tonga Green, they look good in Tonga.
From memory, the tail lamps have there own housing in the bumper, so access to the sensors is limited to underneath, or remove the bumper.
The paint code for mine on the n/s B pillar is 734 which I thought was Giverny Green ? Which I read somewhere was supposedly only for RR's of that time.
I did wonder if access to the outer two p. sensors might be a bit tight through the light unit but was worth a mention just in case you could trace it to one of the outer ones w/o having to remove the rear bumper.
