my rear offide wheel will not turn the other way as the other back wheel,instead it rocks slightly side to side ??? any ideas

Sounds weird. Do you mean the wheel won't turn backwards but will only go in a forward direction? Depending on whether you're in gear, or the opposite wheel being off the ground, or braked, this may be something to do with your diff, I think.
