Hi
its taken a year or so but my 3 door tdi is back on 4 wheels after having replaced all of the back end and most of the front. Unfortunately I cannot remember how the rear mudflap brackets attach to the underfloor, aligning the brackets up with the lower rear panel the mounting holes appear to line up with the lip that extends down from the wheel arch, is that correct? I have tried a search but got no results, same when googled.
If anyone still has one would they mind looking for me please?
cheers

Yes.. it is. And the outside edge of the bracket mounts to the outside edge of the appropriate rear wing... - with the support bracket going to the boot floor.. I'll have pictures, as I have replaced all four on our D1's - but wether I can upload them to this place is another thing entirely - I will, however try... ;)

Many thanks BFG, I think I must have welded up the holes in the lip when the new flooring side panels went in, all fun. Not much fun lying under it in the snow yesterday though.
