Hi all
Some advice please.
I have no tail lights working but do have brake lights. Also strangely have noticed that when I have my head lights on and touch my brakes and then turn off the headlights they stay on dipped until I take my foot off the brake and then they go out.Get

I have checked bulbs with no obvious issues.

Help please
