hi im just woundering i have a series 3 1976 does it have to have a fog light to pass the mot ? as it has not got 1 and never had 1 at all by the looks of it . if it does would it be legal to just add like another brake light and wire up as a fog ? with a single filiment bulb. cheers in advance

It did not have and does not need , so unless you want one dont bother , if you do then if fitted has to work, if only 1 has to be fitted from middle to o/s of vehicle and at least 100mm (4") from brake light . It can not be more than a 21 w bulb , and really you need to by a pukka rear fog light as they have a reflector for extra brightness. It also has to have a warning light to show when on . HTSH
