Morning all
Just got a second hand diff from local scrap yard for £50 what would you suggest I do before fitting?
I e cleaning it out, flinch with oil check bearings?
Also what oil should I refill with?

Not of the top of my head. Picking it up later. I know that this one drove in the yard not come on on a lorry.

80W/90 GL5 oil for the diff

check the bearings for any play and the seals for damage and leaks

This is my £50 diff no movement in bearings and no leeks.
Nice to get a bargain for once
