Good morning, I need to repair/replace the bulkhead behind the seats on my 90 as someone in the past has hacked into to improve legroom and id prefer if it was put back to normal.
Does anybody know if these are available to buy in one piece so I can repair?

Have you considered doing a bulkhead bar instead?

May be easier than trying to replace the bulkhead completely.

Have you got photos of what it looks like now?

I haven't seen the bulkhead available on it's own, they are usually part of the tub. You might be able to get a tub from a scrapper and remove the panel. IIRC they are welded to the sides of the tub, so you will have to drill out the welds to separate them.

Dont bother replacing the original bulkhead, seems counter productive.

MUD UK do a "bulkhead removal kit" which keeps the original look/design of the bulkhead but only half the size, so you can slide your seat back further and recline further.

If you search around there are also complete removal bars which replace the entire bulkhead with a tubular bar system. Much neater and adds the feel of more space.
