generic, typical rope whihc has a breaking strength of perhaps 3,600
lb. That's breaking strength, actual load strength is *much* less, say
25% of that figure, or about 900 lb.
So if the winch and the rope on it were 'matched' figure maybe a 1000
lb winch? Certainly not more, IMHO.
