my disco 2 td5 knocks and rattles when i start it from cold, the rattliness goes away as it warms up is this normal??????
Apologies for the novice qestions but i am a novice, cheers

Yes it's normal. They have only 4 glow plugs.

yep! mine sometimes even rattles when its warm!! all depends if there was a full moon the night before!

Yeah,

Mine doesn't like these cold mornings - sounds like a bag of spanners till she' warm. When it gets really Cold, she drinks the juice as well.

But I still love the old girl!

Lucky you don't have a Disco 1 they rattle all the time.
