My son is now loving his 2004 Range Rover. He has been offered set of 20 inch RR Sport wheels. I advised him to talk to Land Rover and they said that he could end up suffering with wheel wobbles.
Before he turns down the offer I was wondering if any of you experts maybe able to offer some advise.

I would appreciate an answer this evening as he has got to make a decision tomorrow morning

Thank you.

1) is he a drug dealer?
2) the L322 should be less of a disaster than p38 on skinny tyres.
3) ride will be affected to some degree

I would check that they have the same pcd (stud pattern and diameter) the center bores are the same size if not spigot rings will be needed and you also need to check the offset of your wheels against the sport wheels

No he is 21 with no sense of taste.
I am hoping that he does not go for them.
Thanks for the reply

21...driving an L322 and he wants to put Sport wheels on it? Sounds like he wants to look like a gangster.

All sport, discovery and L322 wheels are interchangeable between 2002-2012

My L322 has 20" wheels on, I find it rides much better than the original 18"

Firmer ride, yes.. But handling much improved, less wobbly

Is your son's a diesel ?

If so, drivetrain vibration whilst in drive will be more noticeable but it's never bothered me
:)

straight fit no mod needed except maybe a new set of wheel nuts, nothing wrong with 20s on a l322 they were a factory option.fit genuine l/r as 90% of aftermarket wheels are junk imo
