Hi ,

I have a 67 plate Range Rover sport 2.0 my engine is making a dead weird noise I have had multiple suggestions what it can be , turbo , crank shaft etc could anyone point out exactly what the problem is ?

Short answer, no.
Long answer, could you point out what 'dead weird' sounds like? pretty hard to diagnose on the internet without some sort of description - rattling, grinding, whirring, knocking, hissing etc. etc. and circumstances - road speed, engine speed, temperature, throttle position, at engine start or stop, etc. etc.

It sounds like a knocking/ticking sound and when rev it gets louder , the car starts but is in limp mode with no power

What wrote codes have been generated? A video of the noise would help, put it on YouTube and post a link here
