Hi Everyone,
I am completely new to this site so I hope this message is in the right place. I am sure someone will tell me if not. I have just bought my first RR. I have wanted one for ages and have settled on a 52 plate HSE TDV6. I am over the moon with it, but cannot get the radio to tune into stations. It scans on the FM setting but wont find a station. On the FMD setting - which I am guessing is digital(?) - it shows the stations, but when you travel it tunes out and wont retune. I have driven up the M3 and also to Norfolk in the last 2 weeks and been really disappointed with the radio and so frustrated with not being able to tune in I resorted to CD only.
I have checked the radio arial amp is powered up, and connected to the arial which is in the rear quarter windows and it all seems good. Can anyone help? Is this a common problem?
Also, I need to fit a bluetooth car kit such as a parrot. Does anyone know if this is easily achieved as I think the amp connections are all in the boot, and that may mean a problem for fitting a proper kit that uses the amp and mutes the radio when working. Again, any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
Regards
Edward
