my driver door glass has dropped and goes up at an angle there fore not closing fully, I need to take the door card off to fix the problem . can any one tell me the easiest way to remove the door card ?

Look at the handles, they have screws in them, might be others just look first, if it give resistance look first for a screw, then use the tool

Thank you for that , is there any screws or bits I need to remove fist or does every thing just pop off |?

IIRC there are 1 or two screws in the door grab and 1 in the handle. Might be 1 or 2 at the bottom of the door or around the edge somewhere. The triangular bit with the tweeter speaker needs to come out too. Think there might be a screw under that too. The clips break oh so easily so gently-Bentley does it. Once all is flapping about it just sort of pivots up and forwards and comes away from the top of the door.

from what I can remember there is one screw in the door release handle and the rest is plastic trim poppers and two large poppers where the door pull is.

Pretty sure there is one at at least one end of the door handle too - down a long hole. Definitely one behind the tweeter speaker too. And sure mine has one along the bottom edge somewhere because I've a vague memory of looking up at the bottom of the door for it.

One behind tweeter, one behind door release escutcheon (remove escutcheon), two under armrest (armrest stays on panel), using trim tool start prising outwards along bottom and work your way around bottom and both sides a bit at a time. Don't try to prise each clip out fully in one operation- 5mm at a time will do.
There are also fir tree clips across the middle horizontally. You can't get to them with a tool but will usually release when you pull the outer edges.
One clips have all released, lift vertically to clear sill lock
Unplug speaker wires
Job done

I stand corrected....RAVE states 3 screws and 12 clips....shows how long it has been since I had last owned a P38A!!!

Once you are into it, your problem will probably be a broken rivet. Very easy to chop off fingers if you are testing it as you try to hold various bits of metal. Mine escaped , just.
