Today we began to drill out the spot welds and start to remove the roof skin of our 2003 salvage Range Rover L322. We also found some hidden rust in the pillars of the replacement Range Rover roof, might be worth looking as this might be developing on your L322 without you necessarily being aware. We are not removing the frame for the roof, only the skin sheet, so there should not be any significant body twisting.
Understood, as a precaution maybe? If you have a welder and some 20mm box... If it moves at all that big ass tail gate ain't going to sit too well. :eek:
