My rear wheel collapsed rear subframe bracket rusted out what are my options for a fix and can I buy a new bracket to weld on .Thanks

Hello and welcome to the madhouse
Probably best to swap the sub-frame out for a good used one, and paint it up nice before fitting, they are known for rusting out unfortunately.

Hi,Thanks Where do you get a subframe suitable for my car and who is willing to do the work no one wants to know...

You could probably get a handy welder to stick a bracket "homemade" back on. But if 1s fallen off I wouldn't go that route.
Evil bay/breaker is probably your friend for a secondhand 1. After treating it well as above ^^^ it will probably require new suspension bushes in both sides, probably other bushes too, allsorts of nuts and bolts and a swear jar;). Also a wheel alignment once fitted for good measure.

As for finding garages that are willing to take this on I cant help, at the end of the day its only nuts n bolts so any long term established garage should be more than capable. Not the big 1s with the flashy signs out front;).

It could be DIYed but you would need some reasonable facilities/tools/space and time.

I was offered a mark 3 with a mot fail ,,wiper blade and a front sub, frame ,,,He cant get any one to fit a sub frame,he said ebay had them for about £250:rolleyes: ,thats a front not a rear ,but no one wants the jobo_O .not me ether..:D

I am about to attempt some rear CHASSIS MAINTENANCE BUT IT DOESN'T SEEM AS SEVERE AS YOUR PROBLEM, there are a load of spares available from G.O.S etc, but first would suggest you thoroughly research what exactly you need to replace. The less can sometimes be the more, especially when you are talking about a 'large chunk' of metal. Would suggest you get rear sub from e-bay or GOS but other smaller strengthening parts from Rimmers
