I have a 1995 manual disco with a rather worn out radiator.

i have acquired a replacement 2nd hand one, but it has to many oil pipes, which im guessing are for a auto or somthing.

can i still fit this to my car, if so do i have to block of the other pipes

A 3.9s engine oil-cooler is part of the radiator.
The rad had nothing to do with an automatic gearbox so must be the something then?. :)

Yeah it does. There's an autobox oil/atf cooler in built to the 3.9efi auto's rad

A bit of mis-information then it shows how much I know about my disco after 15 years, must have a look as I thought that the brush afair in front of the rad was the transmission cooler.

Stiil couldn't see much but with the help of RAVE I now know where the infamous temp sensor lives. :clap2:

From the looks of that Discool the 3.9 has both engine and tranny cooler/heater in the rad...

AND it looks like it has the bogbrush cooler infront of the rad also?!

My 3.5 with LT77 has a bogbrush, but no coolers in the rad at all.

I wonder, is the rad cooler actually a heater? Same for the engine oil?
