dose anyone know what are the measurements for the clutch alignment tool of a R380? I want to build one with my lathe...

spigot 22mm same as all diesels including td5,worth rining around reconditioners as i cut end off input shafts for gear box lt77.r380 aslong as diesel will do

you only need two spigot and clutch center splines which i dont know offf hand could tell you tomorrow or perhaps someone has diesel 77 ot r380 and could measure inpushaft splines

we used a long socket when we done ours simple but it worked

Did my lt77 clutch last week using an old lt77 input shaft...worked a treat. I don't know if lt77/r380 is the same size but if so i can take some piccys/measurements of the lt77 one when i'm in the workshop tomorrow evening?

lt77 and r380 are the same size so if you measure diameter of spline on shaft that would be the 2 measurements he needed
