Hi all,
I'm turning my disco into a semi-permanant camper. I'm not going all out, but in a nutshell, I'm going to remove the 2nd row seats, build a storage/ sleeping platform, and install a cooker and maybe a water feed system from jerry cans.
The idea is that my recovery stuff, tools, and oils etc will go under the sleeping platform, along with some fuel, and water. Then there should be a space in the passenger footwell where personal kit can go when needed. Even still having a sleeping platform means that I can't cram the disco completely full of stuff, cos then I'd have nowhere to lie down, so I'm looking at looking at putting some cargo nets in to maximize the space.
So far I've decided I will try and put nets on the rear door card, side doorss, and the roof, but not sure how these attach. Self tappers into the headlining? Also where else might you put them?
Any other points or ideas on this are most welcome.
