And so following on from another thread, is it necessary to drain every last drop of coolant (ie from block too) or just radiator, before using an airline purge and fill kit? The instructions look like theyve been translated to greek then chinese then back to english.

Perhaps you could describe what this airline purge and fill kit is supposed to do. I have never heard of one.

creates a vacuum in the cooling system, sucks all the air out, then sucks your coolant in - theoretically no chance of an air block in the system, which is on my list of things to try before big bills.
