So the works 2007 110 camchain tensioner failed the other day causing what seems like terminal engine damage, im surprised as it’s only done 110000 miles and hasn’t had a hard life,
Anyone else had similar issues?
It’s a 2007 2.4tdci
The garage are considering replacing the damaged head but would it not have caused stress on other parts even if not obvious?
