Help needed

On most sites they show same part number right upto 2003 but on Paddocks;

-1A999999 (TOQ000040) £17.95+ vat
2A000001- (TOQ000060) £58 + Vat

Whats the difference ?

I think the only difference is the price. Mine is a 98 M/Y I fitted the cheaper one's, they lasted 12 months and they were Sh****d, I replaced them with GKN ones @ £56 each and haven't had a problem since, ( that was 2 years ago )
