Hi, I have a very early LandRover 110 V8 on a Y plate first time round with a BRC AT90E LPG system on it. It used to have a 3.5 V8 engine converted from its original carburettors to injection, but keeping the points type ignition. But now I have replaced the 3.5 engine with a Range Rover 3.9i engine, non cat type/electronic ignition & a hotwire type air flow meter. It will start but not keep running & I keep losing the signal & spark & also am losing my marbles over it.

Not sure if I need a signal booster/amplifier etc; Any ideas please anyone?

So does anyone have or know where I can get a wiring diagram for the LPG system.

It has run fine on the LPG system for the last 9 years.

i do know that when i droped my 9o 2ootdi off for its mot the other week to my local landy garage they had done the same swop but into a 90 and he had the same problem could get it to start run but not if he floored it. he said its all in the electrics to many cabels on the 3.9 . he did get in touch with a bloke who can do them but woundt send him a wiring diagram wanted £700 to travel about 2-3hrs and come and do it, keep checking the wiring maybe.

how many wires on coil there shoul be 5,2 from amplifier 2 go into loom 1 for suppressor ,ecu takes a trigger from coil to let ecu know engines running and it needs to work
