Hi Folks, i have a series 3 (just purchased) and i want to add power steering to it. Is there a way without having to spend £750 on an over priced kit???? It has a 2.5 TD engine inside which already has the pullys but thats about it.
can anybody point me in the right direction please?

cheers Lewis:)

Option's
1 pay £750
2 Go on a body building course and work on upper body.
3 find the vehicle that your engine came out of and strip out the power steering bits, then spend hours working out how to bolt them on to a 3 safely.
Thems your choices.

there is a fred on here where oz bloke use some bits off a rice burnerto get PS onto his series. do a search you should find it.. if not come back and say so.. they i'l shout at you and go find it for you.................................maybe

I have a whole Defender PAS stuff (Right hand drive) all just lying on my floor getting in the way, joined up with hoses, tank, pump and box. No pump bracket though.

Talk to me. I paid £150 for the lot and never got around to fitting it.
