Hi I've been having a noise problem from my disco td5.
It sounds like its power steering noise when you turn the steering to the right,but the noise is coming from the rear n/side?? Any ideas?
I've replaced the ace pump but the noise is still there.

When stationary or when moving? If moving - is it speed related?

You hear the noise at low speeds. I was thinking more to do with the ace system.

Not a clue about ACE sorry - BTW the ACE pump is in the engine bay replacing that would probably not make a noise under the rear go away.. - the compressor under the chassis is for the airbag suspension (SLS) on the rear.

The pump was replaced due to it leaking and drawing in air to the system which I was told would sort it ( it didn't ). I forgot to say that it's a GS model with springs rather than air.
