I reckon its gonna come to nowt - after all - I've got Drover (my 300tdi Disco) back from the garage and just put his snow chains in the boot, and am sat on a couple of chunky boots ready to be slung on.

Loving the forecast myself, I'm soon finished repairing my Landy and will be in for an MOT in a week or 2 ready for the snow :D

Same here,
I am thinking of taking the BFG AT off, and putting my spare wheels on with Cooper mud's :)

Might not go as good, but sure will look better :) :) :)

I will throw a rope in the back to help you guys, just put a "LZ" sign in your back window :p

at are better snow, hard snow, ice that you get on roads. check copper site for the winter use, at has the edge on them. If you was just on farm fields with snow and mud then yes. not for the roads, they become snaky

like most I fear not the snow,
in fact the little boy inside me waits eagerly to see if we get anymore of the snow we had a few years ago...
some of the hilly streets of nearby colchester were almost impossable to drive up,
unless you were landrover drivers.
my disco sits on mud & snow tyres all year round,
works fine for me....

I'm in shock SWMBO has said I should nip and get some new tyres for Drover!! Local tyre place does general grabber at's for about 110 a corner. Is that worth a sniff or should I bite the bullet and drop on a package for about 400 or so. Choices eh!?!
