Hi, I've got my truck advertised and have received an enquiry from a member called Danie Coby (forum name Danie).
This is the body of the text after he had already asked me to send some more details, which I kept vague as I was a little unsure of the validity of the enquiry.
"Thanks for the response and I'm satisfied with the condition of the land rover..I'm located in Hillsdale Township MI, i will take care of the pay pal charges . am buying this vehicle for my dad as a surprise gift because his birthday on the way, may i know the last price you are asking?. due to my occupation as a marine engineer at this moment i am presently working offshore,sometimes access to regular email are very poor in offshore due to inefficiency of the immarsat service.Fortunately the internet access working averagely and i was able to come across the advert of rover . I really want the rover to be a surprise to my dad by not disclosing the rover until the delivery is made to him,so am sure he will be more than happy with the rover.I don't mind adding an extra $50 dollars for you to take the advert down from the site so that i can be rest assured that am in hand of the rover.I insisted on PayPal because i don't have access to my bank account online as i don't have internet banking,but i can pay from my PayPal account,as i have my bank a/c attached to it,i will need you to give me your PayPal email address so i can make the payment as soon as possible for the vehicle and pls if you don't have PayPal account yet,it is very easy to set up, go on http://www.paypal.com and get it set up,after you have set it up i will only need the e-mail address you use for registration with PayPal so as to put the money through..Notice you don't need to bother your self about the shipment,i have an pick-up agent that will come for pick-up,they will also determine and secure the shipment,Hope to read from you soon.

So according to that, someone from Michigan wants to be a 90 300TDi in South Shields, Tyne and Wear?????? Beware anyone adverising and don't give away too much information!
