just because some one has bought a 90 and slapped 72 plates on it don't make it a ringer.
I was going to do the same with a 90 I had, the problems start if VOSA pull you in

You can put an older plate on a vehicle, but you cant claim it to be an 'historic' vehicle if it doesn't comply ... cos 'they' will take it from you til they are happy with it!!!
