lost all brakes today. they faded very quickly to nothing. (could hardly tell realy)

on inspection i realized one of my front flexey brake lines had bent round to touch a wheel edge and worn threw. quick painless fix but non the less something i will check on me weekly look about.

dam sorry i forgot to spell check the tittle and i canot edit it.

Goodridge do warn ya to make sure the lines are routed to avoid snagging, chafeing and the like but i still find not using my rangey at all keeps things a lot safer and cheaper all round. Makes sense to check them regular though, lucky escape mate!!!

i. it is all new stuff to check on one of the oldies. its like looking after an aging relative. shore would be cheeper to just park hur up but less fun.

put extended flexy braided on mine, gives yer that bit more, , but its somethin that defo needs checkin ocasionaly fer wear,

fenby. thats just got me thinking. i have a few bmw e30 master cylinders knocking about. if i fabbed up a bracket could i replace mine with one?

try not to twist the lines too ( fail the MOT for that ) also check on both locks they they dont touch the wheel , with a bit of fiddling you can get them to clear .
You could use spiral wrap where it might touch the top of the swivel bearings .

but do check them every couple of weeks for chafing , cuts
