Had George in for a car show. Didn't win anything (never expected to), but the judge did say he hadn't seen such a clean example  The winner was a 2001 XKR which was blemish free.....

But delighted that the judge even noticed my efforts :)

Here she was after the event....

It is quite difficult to see the shine in this colour, but you can see the reflections of other vehicles.

The plan is to have it polished with Ceramic Pro (glass polished) when I get some loot. I also plan to get a new roof lining and perhaps an ARB compressor to replace the pump (but not the valve block). I think my pump is getting slower at filling the tank so I am mostly about to order a new piston seal and the three valves (who's name I forget, but they are those wee pointy ones where 2 are one way up and 1 is downsides up o_O)

Anyway, the other upgrade is as you will see. Not to everyone's taste, but then, not everyone owns the car :p

The important thing is, "I" like it ;)

They are NRV valves with little o-ring and a spring that gets weak and green (2one way up 1 downwards up) :)
I like the fact it’s not a usual shade and the kit is amazing how you’ve got it all working.

NRV's, thank you! I'm not sure they are at fault because they are less than 3yrs old

But I have noticed she is incredibly slow to fill the air tank so I will just take it all apart and get it done and a new piston seal kit too.

If it had the orange cayders, my sidelight cayders wouldn't work o_O

In the photo, you see my clear indicator lenses are lit up. In reality, they aren't quite as bright as the phone camera shows them. When I indicate, the side involved white light goes off and the orange starts to flash. Then when canceled, there is a seconds delay and the white comes back on.

So, that wouldn't work with orange lenses :p
