Just fitted a new set of points to my Series 3 (Ducellier distributer) and I noticed that the contacts don't line up properly (see attached picture). Is this usual? What have I done wrong now?
dont think theres anything you can do wrong fitting a set of points. they just look a bit dodgy. if you were pedantic you could change em.
but i would just leave em in and carry a spare set just in case.
(dont forget the tools).
They're OK chap. These things aren't an exacting science. The little feckers clatter about in all directions. As long as yer gap is summat like you'll be OK.
