Recently bought a 03 Ranger Rover after abourt one week the warning text came up on the dashboard HDC not availible and air suspension not active....

This would genreally go and the Air suspension would work...

I mentioned this to Guy salmon and they ran a diagnosis and said it was the steering ECU unit...?

They have replaced this and the fault code is still there..i dont believ the fault is here could this be a loose connection or could this be to do with the Project khan engine chip?

I am due to go away on Thursday and am not convienced they will clear the fault...any ideas please????

If you have fixed the fault, it could be down to something simple as they have forgotten to clear the fault from the becm which maybe why the fault is still being reported.

If they have, then something isnt connected up correctly.

In response to my previous thread after visiting the garage i was advised the following:

They removed the Kahn chip and problem was able to be cleared...

They put back the old ECU and problem re appeared!

Could this also be they disconnected the kahn and changed the 15A fuse which i requested on day one?
