EAS Fault has come up on the computer screen when turning on the ignition, at the same time the all of the ride hieght lights flash for approx 10 seconds and then stay on constantly. I have checked in the owners manual and fuse no44, 10 amp is ok and maxi fuse no 2 is also ok. I have a workshop manual but i cannot make head nor tail of it to be honest when it comes to EAS faults it appears the skys the limit.
At first i thought the compressor wasnt working as when i tried it there was no vibration coming from it and no clicking from the relays but when i tried it about 10 mins later all was working ok. I removed inlet filter and placed my finger over the end and it seems to be sucking ok and filter seems clean. So can anybody please give me any pointers as to what it could be????

ive had similar in the past, i swapped about the relays and it cleared it, but my suspension was working just the lights always on and mesage on screen, as i said swapped relays about and went away. probably not a permenant fix but it worked for me

oh god thats normal!!

Here's what you do.
next time it happens, drive off down the road, ignore it......stop at the place you need to get to. switch off engine. go have a cup of tea. next time you get in and switch on....all will be fine! mine does it every now and again, think land rover added it to a schedule so you take it back the land rover computer regularly!!:D

Thanks for the replies. Robp38 I will try the relay switching and see what happens as our suspension also seems to work. Magictiny we are located in Crewe Cheshire. Ladyranger once the relays have been switched if the problem is still there i will give your suggestion a whirl. And Datatek thanks for the web address for the free software i will get a lead bought and see whats what its always worth having one for future problems as im sure there will be many.
Once again thanks for all your help:)
