Hi Brack
thanks for the welcome.
I am trying to get the hang of the wedsite as I need advise about the occasional vibrating noise coming from the rear of my 2002 freelander 1.8 on cornering and a low soft rumbling at higher speeds. Have recently replaced the VCU and the support brackets for the rear diff. Having done 100,000 miles I think I may have left the VCU to late and caused problems in the rear diff. What should I do to confirm the problem?
By posting this will others see it and offer advice?

Hello and welcome.

What you should probably do with the above information is: go back to the main page, look for the gay....err sorry "freelander section" and stick it in there. You will get a much bigger audience and might even get some help. ;)

Also, i feel its only fair to warn you that, this isn't your average forum. :D

People will say how they feel, swearing is allowed and people will give you sh*t if you ask a stupid question. ;) most importantly the search button, always use the search button ;) its ^^^ up there between "new posts" and "quick links"

There is a fantastic wealth of information on this website and some very knowledgeable members as well. It just takes a certain tact to get it out. :D

good luck :D
