Perthshire Hill Rally 10th & 11th July 2009 - Needs Your Help.

As you will know the Perthshire Hill Rally is nearly upon us and at this stage entries are shaping up for a good weekends Cross Country Motorsport. At this point the organisers would welcome more help to run the stages, whether you can help for one day or two days they would really appreciate your assistance. Whether experienced or not you will be most welcome, as with most 4x4 events its not necessary to have a 4x4 many jobs are accessible by road car and we can always pair you up with someone who has a 4x4.

Marshals with MSA radio’s also wanted, got a radio but not a 4x4, want to be in the middle of the action, then we can pair you up with a 4x4 owner.

The best way to see the action without having to walk into the stage is to sign on as a marshal and help run the event.

The approximate time line for the event is:

Friday the 10th July.

If you can help for one day or both days then you would be most welcome, can’t make the briefing no problem just be at the respective stage start for the above on stage times. The Stage Commander will sign you on and give you a location. Camping is available at the Auction Mart in Perth.

Please let the Chief Marshal Stuart Fleming know your coming chiefmarshal@scottishhillrally.co.uk or 07887792693

Ps. If your already planning to come and help, have you told the Chief Marshal, if he doesn’t know your coming he can't plan where to put you.

Pps: Competitors if your not competing come and help run the event, we all know without competitors events don’t run, but equally without marshals events cant start!!
