i am led to believe that there is an uprated head gasket that enables you to drive for allmost 100 miles without needing the services of either Greenflag, the AA or the RAC

would depend on which engine you have ,

you would have to be very brave to tune a landrover built engine,you wouldnt want it to drop a push rod

but if its a BMW td4 then no probs look on roverron website
