The X-Eng ones, although pricey seem like the best option to me:

Best device is probably one of the hydraulic immobiliser kits, followed by the x eng lockplate (but some don't like the hinge under their feet)

I have a Full metal jacket pedal box, bulky but well designed. lock sits on the inside adjacent to the gearbox tunnel so would be difficult to attack with a drill, I like the idea of the x-eng one as you dont need to store elsewhere though. Pricey but cheaper than a replacement landrover
