hi folks
was thinking about essex off road venue some time wondered what peoples thoughts on it where
i am an experienced off roader so wanted somewhere to bring a friend to teach them a bit on torque control on inclines maybe a bit of downhill reversing maybe some winch work
but after going to devils pit we are a bit reluctant now the main thing to blame spectators all over the route
you guys know the worst thing when learning is having loads of people staring at you when what you require is a quiet place with no disturbances to teach
has any one had the gloating spectator problem at essex off road

I haven't been to Essex off road. I saw YouTube videos of Devils pit and the spectator thing put me off too (first time and all that!). I went up to Wild Tracks (Newmarket) recently and for my one and only offload experience i really enjoyed it - not sure there is anythng too extreme (unless its in a different area of the course) but i think its a good place to learn/teach techniques - and no spectators!
