I have a Discovery 300tdi front axle but don’t know the year of vehicle it’s from. I am now I am wanting to use it on a project but how do I get the right parts. I have taken a photo of the number on the swivel housing and the sizes of the stub axle and CV joint. Is anyone able to help me with some part numbers for the stub axle and CV joint

The front axel for the 300 series will be from VIN JA032852. Thats1995 to1998 model years.
So all you need to know is which side and if ABS or not plus axel fitted, as it appears it can be a mine field

You should find whats what in the above parts book, although the link doesn’t seem open to give the item part number.

Thanks for the help. I have narrowed down the parts I need the above website was very useful
giving all the different changes for the different chassis numbers. luckily the part I need are over a few different chassis numbers so I'll buy as a kit and everything should fit together just fine. Once again thanks for the help.
