Hi all,

I have had a look at the non-uk parts catalogue online, and one of the slightly russian ones. The russian one gives quantitities, but the yank one doesn't, and I can't marry the 2 up.

for the purposed of this thread, I have a 3.9 v8 efi from a disco, and an r380 box.

Does anyone know the part numbers and quantities of studs, nuts, and bolts I need? Also I notice that there is a wierd plate that makes up the bottom half of the engine-side of the joint... does this need any special treatment, or is it really just the top half of the bellhousing that holds the weight?

so far I've worked out that I need 13 x TE110061L but not much else.

Thanks

Adam

Ok, there are 9 holes on the bottom plate bit, and 7 in the engine, so having 13 studs makes no sense at all.

Anyone?

Legend as ever James! Thanks!

is FS flanged screw? I can't find that part number with any of the usual people....FS106255L is a set screw with the same dimensions, or FS106256 is a flanged hex bolt of the right size... perhaps it doesn't matter?

see what length of m6 you need with the cover you get

I've got the cover from the donor, so I was just going to use that seeing as it doesn't seem to do anything but keep the dirt out of the bell housing... is that alright, or is it wise to renew it?

it should have a rubber strip hence the 2 special bolts they have a taper so that as you tighten them up the rubber strip is squeezed tight(594087)
