Can any one tell what this part is called It is part of the cooling system its black and metel and runs under the inlet manifold and and bolted to back of engine it as 2 runner hoses conneted to it one in middle and one at end suppose its a bit shaped like a saxophone and at the one end by air filter it as the bleed screw thanks beceuse its full of holes :mad::doh: its a 18i 2001

The part you describe is the "coolant rail".
