My sensors emit a high pitched loud sound as soon as I put the car in reverse, it then is intermittent but frequent drowning out the standerd low beep, beep which is supposed to be there. Lucky I can switch them off to maintain sanity but it renders them unusable. any ideas?

Where is the incorrect sound coming from? Is it from the sensors in the bumper, or from the vehicle's speakers?
